Terms of Service

Last updated: July 12, 2026

These terms cover your use of the RingPage website (this site) and, once you sign up, the RingPage service — a professionally built website connected to an AI receptionist for your business. Short version: be reasonable, we'll be reasonable, and what's yours stays yours.

The service

RingPage builds and hosts a website for your business and answers calls to your business line with an AI receptionist that takes messages, answers questions you've approved, and books appointments. Specific features, setup steps, and pricing are confirmed on your setup call and in your order confirmation.

What's yours

  • Your domain name, your phone number, your customer list, and your business content remain your property.
  • If you cancel, we'll cooperate in transferring your domain and number to you or your new provider.
  • The RingPage platform, software, brand, and this site's design and content remain ours.

Acceptable use

Don't use RingPage for anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive — including spam calls or messages, impersonating another business, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We can suspend service that's being abused; we'll tell you why.

Contact and communications

When you submit our contact form, you're asking us to contact you about RingPage by phone, text, or email. That's all we'll use it for — see the Privacy Policy.

Honest limits

We work hard to answer every call, but no phone system — human or AI — is perfect. The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows; we don't promise uninterrupted operation or that every call outcome will be flawless. The AI receptionist takes messages and books appointments; it does not give professional advice (medical, legal, or otherwise) on your behalf.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Cancellation

No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your billing period. We can end service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for abuse or non-payment.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. If we change the terms in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
